Know what’s stuck before tomorrow.

Trade updates become a short blocker list with an owner for each next step.

Drywall is waiting on delivery. Electrical needs an access window. Painting is waiting on a color decision. The details are spread across a few messages, but tomorrow’s work depends on them.

Ask for a brief that starts with blockers, who needs to answer and what is still unconfirmed.

Unconfirmed stays unconfirmed.

The brief should not quietly turn “might arrive” into “will arrive.” Keep the original update available and confirm the blocker before changing the schedule.

The GC still makes the coordination decisions. The useful change is a clearer conversation about tomorrow—not a robot rearranging trades without you. iMessage availability would need checking for the actual setup.
