refund terms.
The Agent Setup Kit is provided by Fort Rock Media. These terms cover your purchase and use of the kit.
What you buy.
An AI-powered app for guided setup, website research, job suggestions and help, plus editable business notes, prompts and downloadable files. Pay the one-time price shown at Stripe Checkout. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Improvements we publish to the hosted guide are included.
What you need.
Your own eligible ChatGPT account and a supported computer with Codex desktop access. Provider subscriptions, hardware, personal setup, custom integrations and ongoing operation are separate. In-kit AI research, suggestions and help have a limited allowance and may be temporarily unavailable. We run these features through the OpenAI API. They are separate from your ChatGPT plan and add nothing to its allowance.
Opening your kit.
Sign in with ChatGPT using the same email you used at checkout. Sign-in does not give us your private ChatGPT conversations or memories. If access fails, ask for help with your purchase email or receipt. You do not need to buy again.
14-day refunds.
If the kit isn’t useful, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Include your purchase email or receipt reference, never card details. A request is not confirmation that a refund has been processed.
Refunds and payment disputes revoke hosted access. Files already downloaded are not remotely erased. Your legal rights are unchanged.
Your work and AI.
You keep the rights you have in your own content. Use only material and accounts you are authorized to use. You may use and adapt the kit’s guide, prompts and templates for your own business; don’t resell or republish the kit.
AI can make mistakes. Check facts, rights and suitability before relying on, sending or publishing its output. You control what your own agents can access and do. We do not guarantee particular results or uninterrupted service.
Your information and fair use.
The kit saves your supplied details and progress. Research, job suggestions and AI help send relevant information to OpenAI. Don’t submit passwords, card details or sensitive customer records. See what we save, share and let you clear.
No unlawful use, spam, unauthorized access or bypassing usage limits. We may restrict access for abuse or security reasons, subject to your refund and legal rights.
Changes and questions.
We may improve the kit and update these terms for future purchases. Changes do not take away the refund promised when you bought. For questions, use our contact form.
